For far too long have victims of organised church crimes been silenced, threatened, tortured, disappeared, and, yes, murdered, without the perpetrators being held accountable. Immunity and impunity deals, bribery and political chessboard games and gambling with the lives of victims and the careers of investigating officers and undercover agents stood in the way of justice and truth and healing for all involved wanting to bring church crimes to justice.

The St Chad and St Etheldreda Trauma Centre is non-religious, and an international multi-dimensional and interdisciplinary holistic association of trauma, medical, psychologocial, research, law enforcement and legal expert volunteers, who all have firsthand experience with this kind of hidden organised crime, and who are dedicated to help the victims of organised church crimes.

Not just the 'prime targets' of the churches are offered approaches for healing on an individual basis and for self-help groups and family and couple PTSD-therapy and for legal advice and various routes to justice but the St Chad and St Etheldreda Centre extends its helping hand also to investigating case officers, social workers, teachers and other professionals, who were involved and witnessed unspeakable tragedies and saw more than they should have ever had to cope with.

Anybody, who is hit by this kind of crime is initially in a position of isolation, as some, who are affected by PTSD after having had experienced the dimensions of immunity crime cannot even talk to their most trusted friends and colleagues and loved ones about the many factors that are life-changing in many ways.

It is of utmost importance that victims know that they are not alone, that they are believed and can get help on an individual basis without having to fear yet another betrayal of sacred trust.
This project started from within the body of victims and investigating professionals, who were thrust together through events, overlapping dangerous associations and various affiliations that were instrumental to the crimes.

Very soon it became clear that standard routes and procedures of justice and healing were blocked and betrayed by secret spiderwebs that abused immunity and seals and authority for cover ups and to sabotage witness protection even across borders, and thus new ways within the law and health system had to be explored and creatively tailormade in order to prevent new crimes and to get help and justice and healing for the victims, including a mobile roadshow, blogs, conferences and social events.
